Ocean Mirage LLC Refund Policy

Ocean Mirage LLC provides remote U.S. business formation assistance and related support services for international clients.
Because many services involve government filings, third-party fees, document preparation, and administrative processing, refunds are handled under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only if:

•work on the order has not yet started,
•no government filing has been submitted,
•no third-party fees have been paid,
•and no documents have been prepared or delivered.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following are generally non-refundable once processing has begun:

•state filing fees,
•registered agent fees,
•apostille fees,
•mailing or shipping costs,
•banking-related assistance fees,
•compliance service fees,
•and any third-party service charges.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and required documentation. Ocean Mirage LLC is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information submitted by the client.

Service Delays

Processing times may vary depending on:

•state processing times,
•IRS response times,
•third-party providers,
•holidays,
•or compliance review procedures.

Ocean Mirage LLC cannot guarantee exact completion dates.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

If work has not yet started, partial or full refunds may be approved at Ocean Mirage LLC’s discretion.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Ocean Mirage LLC first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
